Let's hear it for the weekend! I'm looking forward to a couple extra hours of sleep, some hubby time, and curling up with a book. Knowing me, it will also be a working weekend and a chance to get caught up on what I call my "hopefuls" list.
I write out my goals, what I want to accomplish in order of importance - though doesn't mean I do them in that order - wish I did. And then I have the side projects, blog posts to go back and read, updates on goals, goodreads, shelfari, and of course emails. I'm also halfway done with deep edits on my current WIP, so if I can get through a few more chapters, that would be perfect. Unfortunately there isn't enough time to both work and play through the week, so many hours are spent on the "hopefuls" list during the weekend. But it's not all work!

I had the cub scout pinewood derby today. Woke up at 6, to be there at 7. Stood for 6 hours. Exhausted. Here's hoping I'll be able to relax tomorrow and do some more writing! :)
Wow - that's a long time to stand - my poor feet don't do well with that much standing anymore. Yes - relax and spend some time working on those wonderful stories of yours :)
