Her fingers nestled beneath heavy denim fabric, working the first button free. White lace suggestively peeked out, tempting her further. The next four buttons came undone with a sense of urgency, followed by an arousing scent of peppermint.
“New shaving cream?”
“Mm hmm.”
“I love it when you shave down there.”
“Wouldn’t have it any other way.”
Gina worked the jeans down along Mariah’s thighs, taking her time. Long, lithe legs she loved to spread. When she got the denim to her ankles, she pulled them off her feet and tossed them aside. She wove her finger underneath the white lace to test the waters. A wet stream told her all she needed to know.
“Ready for those lashings now?”

Michael has come to The Cathouse with his friend on Halloween. He is surprised at the number of people that are in the house. He was sure it was a deserted old house. As Michael and his friend explore the place, they find clues about what may have happened to the house. Michael wants to find out as much as he can but his friend just wants to get laid. When the guys go upstairs a door opens and Michael’s friend can’t pass up the invitation. Left to his own devices, Michael goes back downstairs and runs into Alicia. There is something about the woman that draws him to her. But there is a secret about the house that may pull these two lovers apart.
A Haunting in the Cathouse is a story of eternal and ever lasting love. This short book surprised me with its ending which says something. Ms. Cory has done a very good job of describing the house and what is going on while the guys are there. She has also fleshed out the main characters very well given the length of the book. I wish that her love scenes had been a little longer and spicier, but that doesn’t mean that they weren’t passionate. If you are looking for a quick enjoyable paranormal then this is the book for you.

| Striking Body Art! |
This morning I received the exciting news that my story Striking Body Art will be in the March issue of Quill-pen.net's print magazine!!!
It's an erotic pulp-fiction magazine that just recently went print. The picture I have up is the cover to their November issue. So...I'll have to wait patiently until they unveil the March cover. I'm terribly at being patient, lol.
This week has been packed full of great news and acceptances. |

In other good news, it's been 3 acceptances in a row. First was Seducing Santa, then came Essence of Light in the Dark, and the 3rd was my poem Still Moments which will be on Justus Roux's site in January.
Now to finish up my Sins & Virtues story: Touch of a Swan and work on my University Love story for OMP. Hoping to have that completed by the 18th. |

I was thrilled to receive an acceptance and contract in my inbox this morning! My novella Essence of Light in the Dark got the go ahead for their Azure line. Now to think up a proper blurb and cover idea.
The author chat for Reader Appreciation Day at OMP was a blast...and still is! My hour is up but other talented authors from OMP will be there, giving away prizes and posting hot excerpts!!
